“命门”穴区与卵巢、肾上腺的传入神经节段性分布的关系─HRP法研究

A Preliminary Investigation of the Segmental Distribution of Afferent Fibers in Acupoint DU-4, Ovary and Adrenal Gland with HRP Method

将ＨＲＰ分别注射于大鼠“命门”穴区与相关内脏卵巢及肾上腺实质内，观察三者的传入神经节段性分布的关系。结果显示，三者的传入神经在脊神经节Ｔ１３～Ｌ２节段互相重叠。该结果为针刺和艾灸命门穴提高血清雌激素水平的作用提供了形态学依据。

The segmental distribution of afferent fibers in acupoint DU-4, ovary and adrenal gland have been studied with HRP (horseradish peroxidase) method. The results: afferent fibers in acupoint DU-4, ovary and adrenal gland overlap in the spinal ganglions of T13 - L2. This may be an important morphological basis for regulating serum estradiol level of acupuncture and moxibustion.
