亮菌对顺铂化疗所诱发胃肠道反应的防治效果 被引量:3

Ameliorative effect of ArmillarieHa tabescens on cisplatin-induced gastrointestinal tract reaction in the rat

摘要 目的探讨亮菌对顺铂化疗所诱发胃肠道反应的防治效果。方法48只雄性SD大鼠随机分为6组,即空白对照组、模型组、亮菌低剂量组、亮菌中剂量组、亮菌高剂量组和昂丹司琼组。腹腔注射顺铂以制造化疗性大鼠异食癖恶心、呕吐模型,观察亮菌对大鼠高岭土摄入量、饲料摄入量、饮水量及体重的影响。结果造模后24、48、72h,亮菌高、中剂量组及昂丹司琼组大鼠高岭土摄入量均显著低于模型组(P〈0.05),其中尤以造模后24h亮菌高剂量组大鼠高岭土摄入量[(0.58±0.23)g/24h]与模型组[(2.16±0.98)g/24h]的差异最明显。造模后48、72h,亮菌中剂量组的饲料摄入量分别为为(11.45±2.91)g/24h和(9.67±3.33)g/24h,均显著高于模型组[48h为(5.18±6.16)r/24h,72h为(3.00±3.95)g/24h]。造模后48、72h,亮菌中剂量组的饮水量分别为(26.00±10.61)ml/24h和(20.00±7.07)ml/24h,均显著高于模型组[48h为(12.27±9.05)ml/24h,72h为(7.17±9.50)ml/24h]。造模后72h,亮菌中剂量组的体重日丢失量为(3.60±2.07)g/24h,显著低于模型组[(13.50±10.60)g/'24h]。造模后48、72h,昂丹司琼组的饲料摄人量、饮水量和体重日丢失量与模型组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论亮菌可有效地抑制顺铂化疗所诱发的大鼠异食癖反应,中剂量亮菌在顺铂所致的饲料摄入量减少、饮水量减少及体重降低等方面的改善上优于昂丹司琼。 Objective To evaluate the effect of Armillariella tabescens on cisplatin chemotherapy- induced gastrointestinal tract reaction. Methods Forty-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into control group, model group, low dose Armillariella tabescens group, middle dose Armillariella tabescens group, high dose Armillariella tabescens group and ondansetron group. The rats were injected intraperitoneally with cisplatin to induce pica, and observe the effect of Armillariella tabescens on consumption of kaolin, food, water and body weight. Results 24-72 h after cisplatin administration, in the middle dose Armillariella tabescens group, the high dose Armillariella tabescens group and the ondansetron group, the kaolin intake was significantly lower than that in the model group, respectively (P 〈 0.05). The most significant difference was between the high dose Annillariella tabescens group [ (0.58 ± 0.23)g/24 hi and the control group [ (2.16 ±0.98) g/24 h] at 24 h after cisplatin administration. The variables, such as consumption of food during 48-72 h ( P 〈 0.05 ), water during 48-72 h ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and body weight at 72 h (P 〈 0.05) in the middle dose ArmiUariella tabescens group were significantly higher than those in the model group, but no statistically significant difference between the ondansetron group and the model group (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions Armillariella tabescens can effectively inhibit the cisplatin-induced pica response, and the middle dose ArmiUariella tabescens group is significantly better than the model group in improving the food intake reduction, water intake reduction and body weight loss.
