摘要
在现场调研和抽样基础上,利用热重分析仪、万能材料试验机、1∶3制动动力试验台等检测仪器及设备,对国内高摩擦系数合成闸瓦的热稳定性、常规物理力学性能、摩擦磨损性能等进行了综合测试。研究结果表明,我国各个厂家生产的合成闸瓦的热稳定性、物理力学性能、摩擦磨损性能差别比较大。高摩擦系数合成闸瓦的冲击强度在2.27~14.23 kJ/m2,压缩弹性模量在0.3~1.5 GPa,摩擦系数范围在传统高摩擦系数合成闸瓦和新型高摩擦系数合成闸瓦之间,磨耗量在0.30~4.22 g。我国合成闸瓦的冲击强度、降低压缩模量和使用寿命有待提高。
thermal stability, conventional physical mechanical property, friction and wear properties of domestic composited brake shoe with high friction coefficient have been tested by TGA, universal testing machine, 1 : 3 dynamic brake test stand and other instruments and equipments according to the field investigation and sampling.The results show that the thermal stability, physical mechanical properties, friction and wear properties of composited brake shoe with different manufactures are wide difference.The impact strength is in 2.27 - 14.23 kJ/m^2, compression modulus between 0.3-1.5GPa, the friction coefficient is in the range of traditional high friction brake shoe and new high friction coefficient composited brake shoe, also the amount of wear is between 0.30-4.22 g.The comments for Chinese composited brake shoe combined the data analysis of field survey : the impact strength should be improved, the compression modulus should be decreased, and then the life of composited brake shoe will be prolonged.
