摘要
研究了冻融循环对于两种尿不湿边角料/聚乙烯(PE)复合材料弯曲性能的影响,冻融循环分为6个温度段:–29~23℃、–29~52℃、–29~85℃、–40~23℃、–40~52℃、–40~85℃。结果表明,两种尿不湿边角料/PE复合材料经历不同的温度段的冻融循环后,弹性模量和弯曲强度降低的幅度随着温度差的增加而增加;两种复合材料弹性模量和弯曲强度降低的幅度随着循环次数的增加而增加;与经历单纯的高温或者低温的材料的弹性模量和弯曲强度保留率进行对比,两种复合材料经历不同的温度段的冻融循环后,弹性模量和弯曲强度降低的幅度更大,说明冻融循环对材料的弯曲性能影响更大。
The effect of freeze-thaw cycle on two diapers scrap/PE composites about bending properties was studied, and temperature of freeze-thaw cycle was -29 - 23℃, -29 -52 ℃, -29 - 85 ℃, -40 - 23 ℃, -40 - 52 ℃ and -40 ~ 85 ℃ o It showed that the MOR and MOE of two diapers scrap / PE composites decreased more as the increase of temperature difference after undergoing different freeze-thaw cycle ; The MOR and MOE of two diapers scrap/PE composites decreased more as the increase of cycle time ; Compared to diapers scrap/PE composite which undergoing only temperature test, the MOR and MOE decreased more undergoing freeze-thaw cycle, and it showed the effect of freeze-thaw cycle on diapers scrap/PE composites about bending properties was more obvious.
