摘要
目的探讨体质兼夹程度与上热下寒的相关性。方法选择277例18~34岁的青年男女健康人群填写中医体质调查表,根据结果将人群分为平和质组(111例)、单一偏颇体质组(72例)、兼夹体质组(94例,同时具有2~3种偏颇体质),通过红外热像检测系统测量上焦及其脏腑(肺、心)、下焦及其脏腑(肾、命门、膀胱、右大肠、左大肠)等体表投影区的相对温差。结果单一偏颇体质组肾的相对温差明显低于平和质组(P<0.05);兼夹体质组上焦、肺、心相对温差高于平和质组(P<0.05),而下焦、膀胱、左大肠、右大肠相对温差明显低于平和质组(P<0.05)。结论兼夹体质上焦及上焦所属脏腑热像趋热,下焦及下焦所属脏腑热像趋凉,兼夹体质与"上热下寒"相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between the degree of complicated constitution and upper-heat lower-cold.Methods Totally 277 healthy people,18 to 34 years old,both men and women,were selected to fill in the questionnaire on TCM constitution.Based on the result,they were classified into peaceful constitution group(111 cases),single biased constitution group(72 cases),and complicated constitution group(94 cases,with 2 or 3 biased constitutions simultaneously).The automatic thermal analysis(ATA) infrared thermography measurement system was applied to measure the relative temperature difference of the body surface projection of Upper Jiao and its zangfu(lung,heart),Lower Jiao and its zangfu(kidney,Mingmen,bladder,right and left large intestines).Results The relative temperature difference of the kidney of the single biased constitution group was significantly lower than that of the peaceful constitution group(P〈0.05).The relative temperature difference of the Upper Jiao,lung,and heart of the subjects in the complicated constitution group was higher than that in the peaceful constitution group(P〈0.05),while that of the Lower Jiao,bladder,left and right large intestines was significantly lower than that in the peaceful constitution group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The thermograph of upper Jiao and its zangfu of the complicated constitution people is tending to heat,that of Lower Jiao and its zangfu is tending to cold.Complicated constitution correlates with upper-heat lower-cold.
