利加隆对药物性肝损害疗效评价

THE EFFECT EVALUATION OF LEGALON ON THE TREATMENT OF DRUGS CAUSED HEPATIC INJURY

本文对35例药物性肝损害采用利加隆治疗，4周为一疗程，治疗前后均详细记录症状、体征并检测肝肾功能、生化指标及进行影像学检查。结果：治疗4周后腹胀、肝区痛、厌食、乏力等症状明显减轻或消失，肝功能ALT、AST、ARP、r-CT、B.il均明显降低，而白蛋白逐渐升高，与治疗前相比有显著差异（P＜0．05～0．01），且无明显毒副反应。

35 cases petients suffered from drugs caused hepatic injury were treated by Legalon.One course of treatment was lasted for 4 weeks.The symptoms and signs were recorded detail and the function of liver and kidney ,biochemical changes and image examination were tested before and after the treatment,the results showed tha theSymptoms ,such as abdominal distension, pain in the hepatic area, anorexia and acratia, etc. were decreased or disappeared. The ALT, AST, ARP and r-GT were reduced significantly.The albumin was raised up gradually and showed bigger difference (P < 0.05 ~0.01) compared with the levels of pretreatment. In the course of treatmen,the Legalon showed no distinct toxic or side effect.
