THE CT DIAGNOSIS OF CAROLI'S DISEASE(5 CASES REPORT)

目的：探讨Caroli’s病的CT表现特征和病理基础。方法：通过对临床、US、PTC和ERCP综合检查的5例Caroli’s病CT表现和病理病因进行分析。结果：该病为少见的先天性肝内胆管扩张，CT表现为肝内多发的大小不等的囊状低密度影，其特征性征象为肝内胆管或同时伴有肝外胆管的爱状扩张，以及囊内索条征和囊内中心点征。结论：CT结合US及灌注胆管造影法能对Caroli's病做出明确诊断。

Purpose: To explore the CT findings and basis of pathology about Caroli's disease.Material and Methods: To analyse 5 cases of caroli's disease which had been comprehensively examied and diagnosed by means of US, PTC and ERCP examination.Result:Caroli's disease s disease is a rare congenital disease charactried by dilation of intra-hePahc and its CT featUreS are sh0W as anren size, cyS-like fowdensity. ffe siedcant feAn are cystlike dilation of intraphepatic with in some instances. extrathaphepatic bile duct, strip sign and central dot of capsule area. conclusion: it is possoble to make a clear diagnosis for caroli's disease by sleetiy comprehensive examination including CTscan, Infusion cholangiography and US.
