钛瓷的颜色匹配性研究

Study on the color-matching function of noritake Ti-22 ceramic

摘要 目的:探讨纯钛烤瓷修复体的颜色匹配性,为临床应用提供依据。方法:分别使用Noritake Ti-22 A2色体瓷与VITA A2色体瓷,制作厚2mm、直径12mm的全瓷瓷片各6个,观察颜色,使用VITA Easyshade比色仪测量色差,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果:肉眼观察,钛瓷片与VITA普通瓷片之间未见明显差异,比色仪测量Ti-22钛瓷色差为2.53,VITA普通瓷的色差为1.4,经统计学分析,两组之间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:钛瓷的颜色匹配性比普通瓷稍差,但可以为临床所接受。 Objective:To investigate the color-matching function of porcelain-fused-titanium restorations.Method:6 round ceramic chips were produced with Noritake Ti-22 A2 body porcelain.The thickness of ceramic chips was 2mm and the diameter was 12 mm.6 VITA ceramic chips were produced with same method.Then these ceramic chips were observed and the color difference was measured with VITA Easyshade.Result:There was a little difference between two groups by naked eyes.The △E of Ti-22 ceramic chips was 2.53.△E of VITA ceramic chips was 1.4.There was significant difference between two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion:The color-matching function of VITA ceramic was a little better than Ti-22 ceramic.And the color-matching function of Ti-22 ceramic was acceptable in clinic.
