毛细管电泳法同时测定炎可宁片中五种有效成分 被引量:1

Simultaneous Determination of Berberine,Palmatine, Jatrorrhizine,Emodin and Rhein in Yankening Tablet by Capillary Electrophoresis

摘要 建立了区带毛细管电泳法同时测定炎可宁片中小檗碱、巴马汀、药根碱、大黄素、大黄酸5种药效成分含量的方法。在60cm×75μm(有效长度50cm)未涂层弹性石英毛细管中,以90mmol/L Tris-10mmol/L柠檬酸(含30%乙腈,pH=8.0)为电泳缓冲溶液,分离电压为25kV时,5种被测组分在10min内达到基线分离。小檗碱、巴马汀、药根碱、大黄素、大黄酸的检出限分别为0.10、0.30、0.30、0.20、0.20μg/mL,样品加标回收率在95.0%~107%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于3.7%。该方法简便、快速、准确,已成功用于实际样品的分析。 A capillary zone electrophoresis method was established for the simultaneous determination of berberine,palmatine,jatrorrhizine,emodin and rhein in Yankening tablet.The best separation was achieved on an uncoated fused silica capillary(60 cm×75 μm) using 90 mmol/L Tris-10 mmol/L citric acid-30% acetonitrile as the running buffer(pH=8.0).Under the optimized conditions of 25 kV applied voltage and 254 nm detection wavelength,baseline separation of each component has been obtained in 10 minutes.The detection limits for berberine,palmatine,jatrorrhizine,emodin and rhein were 0.10,0.30,0.30,0.20,0.20 μg/mL,respectively.The average recoveries of the five components were between 95.0%~107% with all relative standard deviations less than 3.7%.The developed method is simple,sensitive,accurate and is suitable for the routine analysis of the five effective components in Yankening Tablet.
