Simultaneous Determination of Six AromaticAmines in Water by Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction-Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立了分散液相微萃取-气相色谱同时测定环境水样中氟苯胺等6种芳香胺的方法。确定了色谱条件,在4min内实现了对6种芳香胺的分离与测定;对萃取剂种类及用量、分散剂种类及用量;水样pH值、NaCl加入量等前处理条件进行了优化,使得水样中6种芳香胺得到了同时提取和富集。在最佳实验条件下,建立了6种物质的工作曲线,其相关系数为0.9991~0.9999,线性范围≥103,检出限(S/N=3)为0.2~0.7μg/L,样品加标平均回收率为93.2%~104%,相对标准偏差为3.2%~4.9%。 A method for simultaneous determination of six aromatic amines including fluoroaniline in environmental water samples by dispersed liquid-liquid microextraction-gas chromatography was proposed The optimal column type and temperature program were established,and six aromatic amines could be separated and detected in 4 minutes.In order to extract and enrich the six aromatic amines,the effects of pretreatment conditions such as the species and dosage of extractant,the species and dosage of dispersant,pH value and the amount of NaCl were studied.Under the optimum conditions,the working curves were obtained.The correlation coefficients were in the range of 0.9991~0.9999,and the linear ranges were greater than or equal to 103.The detection limits were in the range of 0.2~0.7 μg/L(S/N=3).The average recoveries of samples were 93.2%~104% and the relative standard deviations were 3.4%~4.9%.
