摘要
以焦宝石铝酸钙水泥等为主要原料,研究了不同SiO_2微粉加入量对焦宝石基喷涂耐火材料经自然干燥24 h脱模后,再经110℃烘干24 h,在不同温度煅烧3 h后的体积密度以及热膨胀系数和抗热震性能的影响,并用扫描电镜观察了试样的显微组织。结果表明:焦宝石基喷涂耐火材料随着SiO_2微粉含量的增加,体积密度增大,热膨胀系数减小;SiO_2微粉质量分数为5%时,焦宝石基喷涂耐火材料具有最佳的抗热震性能。
The effects of different silica micropowders addition on the volume density, thermal expansion coefficient and thermal shock resistance properties of flint clay based spraying refractory were studied by taking flint clay, aluminate cement and so on as main raw material. Mold unloading after natural drying for 24 h and drying at 110℃ for 24 h, the specimens were calcined at different temperatures for 3 h, respectively. The microstructure was observed by SEM. The results show that volume density of flint clay based spraying refractory increased and thermal expansion coefficient decreased with the increase of silica micropowders additiora The flint clay based spraying refractory performed the best thermal shock resistance when the content of silica micropowders was 5wt%.
