摘要
为快速优化出摩擦材料的配方,利用均匀设计方法设计配方优化试验,按照国标GB5763—2008规定测定所制备材料的摩擦因数和磨损率,经过综合评价后获得摩擦因数稳定性参数、摩擦因数偏移系数、综合磨损率作为均匀设计试验的3组结果。利用SAS统计分析软件,通过编写计算程序,分别求出3个二次回归模型。再将3个模型合成为一个摩擦磨损性能综合分析模型,用MatLab软件经编程获得最佳配方。结果表明:用此方法优化后摩擦材料的摩擦因数稳定,与指定摩擦因数接近,磨损率明显降低。
In order to quickly gain an optimal friction material formula, base on the uniform design an optimization experiment formula was designed. Friction coefficient and wear rate of the friction materials were measured according to GB 5763-2008. Through the comprehensive evaluation, the stability parameters of friction coefficient, offset factor of friction coefficient and comprehensive wear rate were gained and taken into the uniform design experiment as three results. Three quadratic regression models were acquired through the SAS software and a program. The comprehensive analysis model of friction and wear properties was composed of three models. An optimal formula was calculated by the MatLab software and a program. The results show that the optimized friction material had good stability of friction coefficient which was closed to the specified friction coefficient and lower wear rate.
