摘要
雷藤氯内酯醇(T4)每天50 μg/kg 灌胃5 周,可致雄性大鼠不育。给药大鼠附睾尾部的精子密度和活动力显著下降,附睾液中的肉毒碱和α糖苷酶含量较对照组均显著降低。但在附睾头部的匀浆上清液中α糖苷酶以及酸性磷酸酶活性均没有变化。给药大鼠的附睾精子形态发生了明显改变,主要表现为头尾分离和顶体弯曲。在附睾管腔可见脱落的精子细胞,T4 对睾丸的LDHC4 和透明质酸酶没有明显影响。组织学观察显示曲细精管和和附睾上皮损伤轻微。结果表明T4 对大鼠具有明显雄性抗生育作用,精子细胞和附睾精子可能是其作用的主要环节。
Administration at 50 μg/kg·d -1 for 5 weeks,Tripchlorolide (T4) rendered male rats infertile.The density and motility of spermatozoa collected from cauda epididymides were reduced significantly.The epididymal weights, as well as the concentration of L carnitine and α glucosidase content in epididymal fluid decreased.But there were no differences on α glucosidase and ACP in caput epididymal homogenates between control and infertile T4 treated animals.Obvious morphological changes were observed in the epididymal spermatozoa,mainly included head and tail separation or acrosome curving,Deciduous spermatides were found in the epididymal tubers.T4 had no influence on the activities of LDH?C4 and hyaluronidase in testicular homogenates.No obvious lesions were observed on the testicular germinal epithelium,nor the epididymal epithelium.The results indicated that T4 had remarkable effects on the fertility of male rats.The spermatides and the epididymal sperms might be the sites of action.
