中西药结合介入治疗激素性股骨头坏死的临床分析

Intercurrent Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Glucocorticord-induced Necrosis of Femoral Head

为了总结药物介入治疗激素性股骨头坏死的疗效， 对１９９６ 年至１９９９ 年２ 月收治的３６ 例患者应用尿激酶、川芎嗪、罂粟碱、低分子右旋糖酐进行中西药介入治疗。其中３４ 例获完整随访， 平均随访时间１３ 个月。采用１９９４ 年全国髋关节功能评定标准评价随访结果，ＦｉｃａｔⅠ～Ⅱ期优良率９１％ ， Ｆｉｃａｔ Ⅲ～Ⅳ期优良率７２％ ， 近期随访结果疗效满意。该法具有安全性高、损伤轻微、操作容易的优点，

Thirty-six admitted patients (57 hips) suffering glucocorticord-induced necrosis of femoral head (GNFH) were treated by catheterization and perfusion of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the medial and lateral femoral circumflex arteries. Thirty-four cases were followed-up for 3 months to 28 months with an average of 13 months. According to the criteria established in the national meetings of bone necrosis in 1994, the rate of excellent and good results was 91% and 72% in cases with GNFH in Ficat stage Ⅰ_Ⅱ and Ficat stage Ⅲ_Ⅳ respectively. The results indicate that this method has the advantages of high safety, less damage and easy operation, and is mainly suitable for GNFH in Ficat stage Ⅰ_Ⅱ.
