胃癌放射治疗进展

摘要 胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，病死率高。胃癌病人诊断时多已处晚期，进展期胃癌超过90％，根治术后5年存活率为30％～50％，复发和转移是预后不良的首因。与大肠癌等其他消化道肿瘤相比，进展期胃癌治疗的进步稍显缓慢。
