摘要 结合国内外常用的高碳低合金钢,重点研究了热处理工艺对其组织和性能的影响,并对其机理进行了探讨。试验结果表明:高碳低合金钢具有良好的淬透性和淬硬性;经过870℃保温2 h风淬+550℃保温2 h回火热处理工艺后,其组织为回火马氏体+屈氏体+碳化物,钢的硬度为HB 477,冲击韧度为73 J/cm2,综合性能优良。适于高冲击磨损的工况条件。 The influence of the heat treatment on microstructure and properties of the high carbon low alloy steel commonly used at home and abroad was studied, and the mechanism was discussed. The experiment results show that this steel has good hardenability. After air-blast quenching at 870 ~C for 2 h and tempering at 550 ~C for 2 h, the microstructure of the steel is consisted of tempered martensite, troostite and carbides, and the hardness of steel was HB 477, the impact toughness was 73 J/cm2. This steel is especially suitable for work conditions subjected to heavy impact abrasion because of its good comprehensive mechanical properties.
