摘要
研究了不同回火温度对中碳低合金耐磨铸钢组织及性能的影响,结果表明:试验钢在淬火回火态下组织以马氏体为主,另外还存在一些贝氏体和少量残余奥氏体。试验钢的硬度和冲击韧度随着回火温度的升高而降低,220℃回火处理后的试验钢综合力学性能最优。经由400 h磨损试验后,在干态磨损条件下,低合金钢铸造履带板的耐磨性能比高锰钢提高了56%,而在有腐蚀介质的湿态磨损条件下,耐磨性能比高锰钢提高了22.5%。
Effect of different tempering temperatures on microstructure and properties of medium-carbon low-alloy wear resistant cast steel was studied. The results show that the microstructure of experimental alloys is major consisted of martensite and minor bainite and residual austenite after being quenched and tempered. The hardness and toughness decrease as the tempering temperature increased. The optimal comprehensive mechanical properties were obtained at the tempering temperature of 220 ℃, After grinding test for 400 h, the wear resistance of low-alloy was 56% higher than that of high manganese steel in dry grinding condition whereas 22.5% higher than that of high manganese steel in wet grinding condition.
