简要总结了生产铸态高强度高韧性球墨铸铁OT590.10材质的控制要点。在合理设计化学成分的基础上,加入O.2%~0.3%Cu和0.02%~0.03%Sn可以使铸态球墨铸铁的珠光体达到70%。选择合适的球化剂和孕育剂,控制处理工艺以强化球化和孕育效果,使产品不经热处理能达到QT590-10的要求。
The controlling points to produce high strength and high toughness as-cast ductile iron material QT590-10 were generalized. On the basis of appropriate design of chemical compositions, the pearlite formed in as-cast ductile irons can reach 70% by adding 0.2%-0.3% Cu and 0.02%-0. 03% Sn. The product can meet the requirements of QT590-10 without heat treatment by choosing appropriate nodulizer and inoculant, and controlling the heat treatment for strengthening the spheroidization and inoculation.
