改用家鸭进行药理血压实验的研究

The Research of Carrying on the Blood Pressure Experiment of Pharmacology with Domestic Ducks

本项研究针对传统实验动物犬实验费用高,来源及操作困难的实际情况改用家鸭进行药理血压实验,采用乌拉坦行家鸭腿部静脉麻醉,右颈总静脉输液及给药和颈总动脉插管直接测定血压的方法,取得了与犬相同的实验结果(P>0.05),表明血管活性药物对犬和家鸭血压的影响无显著差异。该方法可替代犬进行药理血压实验。

The research is directed againstthe case that doing The experiment with the traditional animal doge used as a subject of experiment is costly,its source and operation is difficult,now we use domastic ducks to camy on the blood Pressure experiment of Pharmacology instead of dogs, adopting the way of using urethane to camy out the intravenous anesthesia to the legs of domastie ducks,giving injections to the common cardinal Veins of their right Parts of necks,having medicines,and giving intubation to the common arteria carotis. In this way, we can determine blood Pressure directly,and make,the same experimental results as dogs( P >0. 05),it shows that the active medicines of blood vessels make no remarkable differences to the blood Pressure of dogs and do-mastic ducks. This method can take the Place of dogs to cany on the blood Pressure expen'mont.
