摘要
探讨胃癌病人术后应用肠内营养对免疫蛋白的影响。临床作实验组及对照组的比较,结果表明总蛋白,球蛋白,前白蛋白及IgG的增加均存在着显著差异性(P<0.05),而此时常用作营养免疫指标之一的全淋巴细胞计数并无显著差异性(P>0.05)。故胃癌手术后短期内应用肠内营养支持有助于部分免疫蛋白水平的提高与恢复。
Influence of enteral nutrition on immune protein of postoperative gastric cancer was discussed. By the comparison between the study and the control,the result indicated that total protein,globumin.pre-albumin,IgG increase prominently( P <0. 05) while total lymphocyte count (TLC), which was often used as one of nutritive immune indicators,didn't increae prominently( P >o. 05). Thus postoperative supporting of enteral nutrition was helpful for increasing and restoring partially immune protein.
