摘要
研究了从云南个旧某工厂的含铟锡烟尘中采用预氧化硫酸浸出法综合回收铟、锌和锡,考察了温度、反应时间、硫酸用量、氧化剂用量、液固体积质量比对铟、锌、锡浸出率的影响。试验结果表明,在温度90~100℃、硫酸用量为理论用量的2.25倍、氧化剂用量为锡烟尘质量的30%、液固体积质量比4∶1条件下浸出3h,铟、锌、锡浸出率分别为75.87%,98.92%和13.36%。
Recovery of indium,zinc and tin from indium-tin-containing dust was studied by preoxidation-sulfuric acid leaching process.The effects of temperature,time,sulfuric acid dosage,oxidant dosage,liquid to solid ratio on the leaching of In,Zn and Sn were examined.The results showed that under the conditions of temperature of 90~100 ℃,theoretical sulfuric acid dosage of 2.25 times,oxidant dosage of 30%,liquid to solid ratio of 4∶1,leaching time of 3 h,the leaching of In,Zn and Sn was of 75.87%,98.92% and 13.36%,respectively.
