彩色多谱勒超声与多层螺旋CT在椎动脉先天发育异常中的对比研究

Comparative Study With Color Doppler Ultrasonography and Spiral CT Angiography in Congenital Variation of the Vertery Artery

目的对比研究彩色多谱勒超声与多层螺旋CT在椎动脉先天发育异常诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析65例椎动脉先天性发育异常患者的彩色多谱勒超声和螺旋CT血管造影检查。结果椎动脉开口位置异常彩色多谱勒超声与多层螺旋CT符合率为60%,椎动脉入横突孔位置异常及椎动脉先天性发育异常两者符合率为90%。结论彩色多谱勒超声在椎动脉先天发育异常应用价值高,诊断准确性高。

Objective To comparative study the value of vertebral artery（VA） congenital variation by ultrasonic and spiral CT angiography.Methods The extracranial VA in 65 cases were examined by ultrasonography and spiral CT angiography.Results anomalous origin,the correspond rate between ultrasonic and spiral CT angiography were 60%;in congenital abnormal entrance position into the transverse foramen and congenital hypoplastic,the correspond rate were 90%.Conclusion Ultrasonography has clinical significence value in the congenital variation VA,it can achive a higher diagnostic accuracy in the congenital variation VA.
