心脏冠状动脉多排CT扫描的优化措施 被引量:7

摘要 目的从心脏电生理、运动周期及多排CT采集原理出发,探讨如何使用多排CT冠脉扫描,使得图像最优化,满足于临床诊断要求。方法从2009年3月开始至今,使用最优化螺距、最优化机架转速进行冠脉CT成像,并随机收集100例(为A1组)与2007年12月~2009年2月100例患者的固定螺距、固定机架转速冠脉CT成像(为B1组)进行比较;另外,2010年2月期间使用机器默认固定螺距14.4、固定机架转速0.4s/rot,对60例疑似冠脉病变患者进行CT检查,其中有8例图像质量欠佳,对这8例图像质量欠佳患者,使用优化螺距、优化机架转速再次CT成像,进行前后对比,后者为A2组,前者为B2组。结果 A组评分明显高于B组,结论最优化螺距,最优化机架转速可使冠脉CT成像成功率大大提高,图像优秀率提高。 Objective With principles of cardiac electrophysiology,exercise cycles and multi-slice CT acquisition,discusses how to use the multi-slice CT coronary artery scan to optimize the image to meet clinical diagnostic requirements.Methods From March 2009 until today we use the optimal pitch,the most optimal rack speed CT imaging for coronary artery,and 100 patients were collected for the A1 group,compared with 100 cases from December 2007 to February 2009 with fixed pitch,fixed Rack speed CT coronary artery imaging for the B1 group.And in February 2010 during which we use a fixed pitch machine with default 14.4 and fixed rack speed 0.4s/rot,60 patients with suspected coronary artery disease took CT examination,8 cases in which got poor image quality.Then the 8 cases of poor image quality of these patients,used optimal pitch,optimal rack speed scan again.The latter for the A2 group,The former or the B2 group.Results The scores of A group were significantly higher than that of B group.Conclusion The optimal pitch,the optimal rack speed can greatly improve the success rate and the image quality of coronary CT imaging.
