摘要
开发了一种应用于区域照明的太阳能LED照明控制系统。在该系统中,计算机对区域内所有的路灯进行控制;基于单片机ATMEGA16的控制器实现了每个路灯的充放电控制及其与上位机之的间数据通信。充电电路采用了同步Buck结构,以减小功率损耗;放电电路采用恒流控制,以提高LED的发光效率。根据蓄电池的状态分别采用了最大充电电流跟踪、过充和浮充策略。利用SD卡存储太阳电池的实测数据为太阳能LED照明系统的优化配置提供了依据;基于NRF9E5实现了路灯与上位机之间的无线通信;上位机操作界面方便了系统的调试和维护。长期运行结果表明:系统运行稳定,充放电状态正确,数据通信正常。
A control system of solar LED area lighting was developed.All the lamps in the system are controlled by a computer,and the ATMEGA16 based controller is used to control the charging and discharging process and to communicate with the host computer.To reduce the power loss,a synchronous Buck topology is used for the charging circuit,and to achieve the maximum luminous efficiency of LED,constant current control technique is applied in the discharging circuit.According to the storage battery condition,the maximum current tracking charging,constant voltage charging,and floating charging is applied to the charger respectively.SD card is used to store the test data of solar battery,based on which,an optimized configuration of solar LED lighting system can be obtained.Wireless communication between host computer and lamps is implemented by NRF9E5.The operational interfaces of the host computer is convenient for system debugging and maintenance.The long-term test results show that the developed system works stably.The state of charging and discharging is correct.The data communication is normal.
