摘要
以滇池淤泥的脱水为研究对象,以AlCl3和FeCl3为絮凝剂,在不同絮凝剂加入量系列下(AlCl3浓度取0、1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15mmol/L,FeCl3浓度取0、1、3、5、7、9mmol/L),研究了AlCl3和FeCl3加入量对淤泥絮凝沉降特性以及清混分界面沉降速度的影响,并选取工农业生产中产量极高、热值极高且弃用和浪费极多的木屑颗粒和麦麸颗粒作为研究对象,研究了不同质量分数(0.1%、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%、1.0%)的木屑颗粒和麦麸颗粒加入后清混分界面沉降速度,以及浑浊度变化情况。试验结果指出了淤泥脱水时AlCl3和FeCl3最佳加入比例以及其对清混分界面沉降速度的影响,并分析了有机物颗粒加入后对淤泥清混分界面沉速和浑浊度变化规律。
Taking the sludge dewatering in Dianchi Lake as studying object,the AlCl3 and FeCl3 as flocculant,under different series dosage of flocculating agent,namely AlCl3 ranges 0,1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 mmol/L and FeCl3 ranges 0,1,3,5,7,9 mmol/L,the effect of AlCl3 and FeCl3 on the flocculation and settling characteristics of sludge and the settling velocity of the clear mixture interface are analyzed in this paper.Meanwhile,the wooden meal particle and wheat bran particle are selected as studying object,which have high calorific value and high yield and are wildly wasted in industrial and agricultural production,to study the settling velocity of the clear mixture interface and turbidity changes situation after adding the wooden meal particle and wheat bran particle with different concentration of 0.1%,0.25%,0.5%,0.75%,1.0%.The test results obtain the best joined ratio of the AlCl3 and FeCl3 in clear mixture interface for the sludge dewatering and the effect on settling velocity.And the settling velocity of the clear mixture interface and the turbidity change laws after adding organic particle are also analyzed.
