摘要
根据人工神经网络的理论和方法,建立径向基函数神经网络模型,以右江灌区的统计数据为例预测该灌区的有效灌溉面积,结果表明模型有较强非线性处理能力和逼近能力,具有学习时间短,预测精度高,适应性强等优点。
Based on the theory of artificial neural network,the neural network model of radial basis function is created,and the effective irrigation area in Youjiang irrigation area is predicted according to the statistics data.The results show that the model has the advantages as strong nonlinear treatment and approximation ability,short learning time,high accuracy,good adaptability,and so on.
