快速康复外科技术在结直肠癌围手术期的应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨快速康复外科技术在结直肠癌患者围手术期的应用价值。方法对比分析2003年3月—2007年3月间从传统方法治疗的42例(对照组)与2007年4月—2011年4月应用FTS理念治疗的46例(FST组)结直肠癌手术患者的临床资料,观察两组患者术后恢复情况、住院时间、术后并发症发生率等指标。结果 FTS组患者在术后康复情况及住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而两组术后并发症发生率并无明显差异。结论 FTS技术的应用能加速结直肠癌手术患者的术后康复。 Objective To investigate the values of fast-track surgery to patients with colorectal cancer in perioperative. Methods To compare clinical data of two groups: 42 patients treated with traditional methods from March 2003 to March 2007 (control group) ; 46 patients treated with FTS from April 2007 to April 2011 (FTS group). Then observed postoperative recovery, hospital stay, postoperative complication rate of these two groups. Results Postoperative rehabilitation and hospital stay of FTS group was better than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and no significant difference of postoperative complications between two groups. Conclusions technology can accelerate postoperative rehabilitation of colorectal cancer patients.
