解读成药金匮肾气丸与济生肾气丸

Interpretation of Jingui Shenqi Wan and Jisheng Shenqi Wan

文章从金匮肾气丸与济生肾气丸的处方来源、组成、功能主治等方面,分析了二者的联系与区别。传统金匮肾气丸重在补肾助阳;济生肾气丸因在金匮肾气丸的基础上增加了牛膝、车前子,以加强利水消肿的作用。但《卫生部药品标准中成药制剂第20册》的金匮肾气丸也含有牛膝、车前子,不但与原方不符,却与《中国药典》济生肾气丸处方及功能主治基本相同,形成同方异名,为避免混淆,建议成方金匮肾气丸改名为济生肾气丸。

This study examines the connection and differences between Jinggui Shenqi Wan and Jisheng Shenqi Wan in terms of their respective origin,composition,function and indications.The canonical Jingui Shenqi Wan is formulated mainly to reinforce the kidney yang,whereas Jisheng Shenqi,in which radix achyranthis bidentatae and semen plantaginis are added on top of Jinggui Shenqi Wan,is formulated to strengthen its function of diuresis and edema subsiding.However the Jinggui Shenqi Wan in the Drug Standard of Ministry of Public Health of the Peoples Republic of China contains both radix achyranthis bidentatae and semen plantaginis,which is in contradictory to the original formula,but it is almost same to the Jisheng Shenqi Wan in Chinese Pharmacopoeia in terms of the composition,function and indications.Thus,the same formula is given two different names in two publications which are both important references for TCM.We propose to change the Jinggui Shenqi Wan in the Drug Standard of Ministry of Public Health of the Peoples Republic of China to Jisheng shenqi Wan to avoid further confusion.
