三芪丹颗粒改善2型糖尿病胰岛素敏感性的临床研究 被引量:5

Clinical investigation on Sanqidan granules in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus at insulin sensitivity and mechanism

摘要 目的:观察益气养阴、活血化瘀中药三芪丹颗粒对2型糖尿病胰岛素敏感性的影响及机制。方法:符合诊断与中医辨证的2型糖尿病患者100例分为试验组与对照组,在常规降糖药物治疗的基础上,试验组加用三芪丹颗粒,治疗56d,观察治疗前后的IAI、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β细胞功能指数、FPG、FINS、血液流变学指标、CRP。结果:试验组治疗后HOMA-IR明显下降(P<0.01),IAI、HOMA-β-function明显上升(P<0.01);大部分血液流变学指标明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);CRP明显降低(P<0.01),与本组治疗前比较有明显差异。结论:三芪丹颗粒能改善2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗,提高机体胰岛素敏感性,改善β细胞胰岛素分泌功能,并能减轻机体的炎症反应和改善机体的高凝状态。 Objective:To observe the effect and mechanism of Sanqidan Granules which has the actions of tonifying Qi and nourishing yin,and activating blood and removing stasis on insulin sesitivity in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods:According with diagnosis and categorical identification,the type 2 diabetic patients were equally randomized into two groups:the test group and the control group.Both groups received oral use of hypoglycemic drugs.Additionally,the test group was given Sanqidan Granules.The course of treatment lasted eight weeks.To observe the changes of IAI,HOMA-IR,HOMA-β function,FPG,FINS,hemorheology indexes,CRP.Results:In the test group,HOMA-IR was decreased and IAI and HOMA-β-function were increased after treatment.However,there were no significant differences of HOMA-IR,IAI and HOMA-β-function in the control group.In the test group,a great mass of hemorheology indexes were decreased after treatment.But there was hematocrit decreased in the control group.CRP was decreased too in the test group,but was no significant difference in the the control group.Conclusion:Sanqidan Granules can reduce insulin resistance,increase insulin sensitivity and β-cell secretion by alleviating body inflammatory reaction and hypercoagulative state.
