从脾胃气化失司浅谈高血压病的中医病机

对于高血压病的中医病机,诸多医家多责之于肝阳上亢、肝火上炎,治疗时多从肝肾论治,文章首先探讨了脾胃之间的气化关系与血压的关系,进而从脾胃气化失司的角度入手阐述了高血压病的中医病机,以期拓展高血压病的辨治思路,指导高血压病的中医辨治。

A number of physicians think that the pathogenesis of hypertension,is the hyperactivity of liver yang and liver fire flaring up and treat it commonly from the liver and kidney.This article first discusses the relationship between the qi transformation and blood pressure,then explaines pathogenesis of hypertension from the perspective of the disorders of qi transformation of spleen and stomach to develop treatment thought of hypertension and to guide TCM treatment of hypertension.
