当归拈痛汤临床应用概况

Clinical application of Danggui Niantong Decoction

当归拈痛汤为金代张元素所创的千古名方,对后世产生了重要的影响,是后世治疗风湿热痹及湿热脚气的常用方,当归拈痛汤的主要功能是清热利湿,疏风止痛,兼有益气和血的作用,所以只要疾病的病机确为湿热(或兼风、夹瘀、兼虚),均可运用当归拈痛汤随症加减治之,而不必拘泥于原方主治。文章拟以当归拈痛汤在风湿类疾病、皮肤病、及妇科等疾病中的应用作一简要阐述。

The Danggui Niantong Decoction was a famous formulae of ages which created by ZHANG Yuan-su of Jin Dynasty,it had a significant impact to the later generations,and was the common formulae which used for treating heat rheumatism with wind-dampness and beriberi due to damp-heat in later generations.Danggui Niantong Decoction＇s main function was clearing heat and promoting diuresis,dispelling wind to relieve pain,and combined the role of benefiting qi and harmonizing blood.So as long as the pathogenesis of the disease was identified as damp-heat（or combined wind,stasis or deficiency）,may all can be treated by the modified Danggui Niantong Decoction according to the symptoms,and did not need to rigidly adhere to its main function of the original formulae.This article intented to have a brief description on the application of Danggui Niantong Decoction in treating rheumatic disease,in skin disease and in gynecological diseases.
