强骨灵胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症病情分级疗效观察

Grading clinical efficacy observation of Strong Bone capsule in treating primary osteoporosis

目的:观察强骨灵胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症(OP)的临床疗效。方法:将120例OP患者随机分为中药组和对照组,治疗组予强骨灵胶囊,对照组服钙尔奇D片,均治疗3个月。按病情分级观察治疗后两组的临床疗效和中医证候疗效。结果:轻度OP患者两组临床疗效和中医证候疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中重度OP患者两组的临床疗效和中医证候疗效无统计学意义。结论:对轻度OP患者强骨灵胶囊在临床疗效方面优于对照组,有较好的治疗趋势,而对中重度OP患者两组的临床疗效无统计学差异。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the Strong Bone capsule on treatment of primary osteoporosis（OP）.Methods：120 OP patients were divided into Chinese medicine group and control group,Chinese medicine group was treated with Strong Bone capsule,control group was treated with Caltrate with Vitamin D 600 tablets,all for 3 months.According to disease grade,we observed the efficacy and symptoms of TCM in 2 group after treatment.Results：2 groups of mild OP patients with clinical symptoms of TCM were statistically significant（P0.05）,but the severe OP patients in 2 groups had no significant difference.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Strong Bone capsule for mild OP patients is better than the control group,Strong Bone capsule has better treatment trend,while for the moderate or severe OP patients in two groups,there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy.
