早、中期慢性肾衰竭的中医规范化治疗研究

TCM Standardization Treatment Research in Early and Middle Stages of CRF

目的:探讨中医规范化治疗早、中期慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将90例早、中期慢性肾衰竭患者按血肌酐不同水平选择不同治疗途径,分成中药口服组、中药口服加中药保留灌肠组、中药口服加灌肠加结肠透析组各30例,中药口服按照中医辨证本虚标实程度的不同选择不同剂量。观察患者治疗前后的血尿素氮(BUN),血肌酐(Scr),肌酐清除率(Ccr)等指标。结果:各组治疗后较治疗前血Bun、血Scr均降低,Ccr均升高,治疗前后比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药口服、中药保留灌肠、结肠透析多途径治疗早、中期慢性肾衰竭有较好疗效。

Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of TCM standardization treatment in early and middle stages of CRF.Methods： 90 patients with early and middle stages of chronic renal failure are divided into 3 arms of 30 cases each according to the different level of serum creatinine and receive different remedial approaches,that is,oral Chinese medicine arm,oral Chinese medicine and enema arm,oral medicine and enema together with colon dialysis arm.Oral Chinese medicine chooses different doses according to root vacuity and tip repletion differentiation of TCM syndrome.Blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum creatinine（Scr）,creatinine clearance（Ccr） are compared as indexes before and after the treatment of observation.Results： After treatment BUNn,Scr are reduced and Ccr is increased in each group,and the differences are statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion： Multi-channel treatments of oral Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine enema and colon dialysis show obvious curative effect in the stages of early and middle chronic renal failure.
