不同产地马尾松针中总黄酮含量的比较研究

Determination of Total Flavonoids in Pinus massoniana Lamb.from Different Areas

目的：对松针中总黄酮的含量进行了测定,并比较不同产地马尾松针中黄酮的含量。方法：采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,在503nm波长下,测定样品溶液的吸光度,进行总黄酮的含量测定。比较水解前后各产地松针中总黄酮含量的差异。结果：芦丁对照品在0.011~0.11g·L-1范围内有良好的线性关系（r=0.9995）。水解前浙江临安的总黄酮含量最高,水解后杭州余杭区的含量最高。结论：采用分光光度法测定松针的总黄酮含量操作简便、结果可靠,为评价松针的质量提供了依据。水解对总黄酮含量有较大的影响。

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of the total flavonoids in Pinus massoniana Lamb.,and to compare the content of the total flavonoids in Pinus massoniana Lamb.from different areas.Method：The percentage of total flavonoids in sample solution was determined by spectrophotometry at 503nm,with rutin as controlled sample.To compare the total flavonoids content in Pinus massoniana Lamb.from different areas before and after hydrolysis.Result： There was good linearity（r=0.9995） during the range of 0.011～0.11g·L-1 for rutin.The content of total flavonoids in Pinus massoniana Lamb from Linan,Zhejiang was highest before hydrolysis,the content of total flavonoids in Pinus massoniana Lamb from Yuhang District,Hangzhou City was highest after hydrolysis.Conclusion：The spectrophotometry method is simple and reliable to measure the content of total flavonoids in Pinus massoniana Lamb.The results provide the evidence for evaluating the quality of Pinus massoniana Lamb.Hydrolysis have large effects to flavonoids content.
