杭白菊挥发油提取及β-环糊精包合工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:优选杭白菊挥发油的提取及用β-环糊精包合杭白菊挥发油的最佳工艺。方法:通过正交试验法,用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以药材的粉碎度、采摘时间和提取时间为考察因素,以挥发油的出油率为考察指标,优选挥发油提取工艺;用饱和水溶液法对杭白菊挥发油进行β-环糊精包合,以挥发油与β-CD的配比、包合时间和包合温度为考察因素,以包合物的包封率和收得率为考察指标,优选包合的最佳工艺并对包合物进行验证。结果:杭白菊挥发油的最优提取工艺为:头花、磨成粗粉、提取8h;杭白菊挥发油最优包合工艺为:挥发油与β-CD的投料比为1∶6,在50℃下包合2h。结论:确定了杭白菊挥发油的最佳提取工艺和包合工艺,包裹有效、包合物稳定。 Objective: To optimize extracting technology and the inclusion process of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) complex conditions of the essential oil from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.Method: By orthogonal design,volatile oil was obtained by vapor distillation.The factors of examine were the reduction ratio,the date of gathering and extraction time.The extracting technology was optimized with the contents of volatile oil being the optimizing objective.The β-CD complex was made by saturated water solution.The factors of examine were the ratio of β-CD and volatile oil,stirring time and temperature.The best inclusion technology was selected and complex was tested with inclusion ratio and complex yield.Results:The optimum preparation conditions were represented as follows: the first time flower,ground into meal,extract 8h.The inclusion process was that the ratio of β-CD and volatile oil was 6∶1,temperature was 50℃ and stirring time was 2h.Conclusion: The optimimum extraction technology was conformed.The inclusion is available and the complex is stable.
