金荞麦抗癌成分大孔树脂纯化工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究大孔树脂分离纯化金荞麦抗癌成分的工艺。方法:以原花青素B2吸附率和解析率为指标,对七种树脂进行静态筛选,采用正交试验法,考察最佳上样条件,系统研究洗脱参数。结果:X-5型树脂对原花青素B2有较好的吸附分离性能,最佳吸附条件:3.5BV浓度为0.12g·mL-1的生药,pH为3.0,流速为2BV·h-1;最佳解吸条件:解吸液为3BV60%乙醇水溶液,流速为2 BV·h-1。结论:该工艺用于金荞麦抗癌成分的纯化是可行的。 Objective: Study the purification process of anti-cancer ingredients of Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotoryis.Methods: Adsorption rate and resolution rate of procyanidin B2 were used as evaluation to study on seven kind of resin by static screening.The best conditions of absorption sample were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The system of elution parameters were studied on.Results:X-5 resin had good purification performance and suited to purify anti-cancer ingredients of Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotoryis.The optimal adsorption conditions were: adsorption volume,3.5BV,concentration of extract sample,0.12g· mL-1,pH,3,the adsorption speed,2BV/h;the optimal desorption conditions were: solvent 60% ethanol,desorption volume,3BV,the desorption speed,2BV/h;Conclusion:The process can be used for the purification of anti-cancer ingredients of Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotoryis.
