山橿根、茎、叶挥发油化学成分的研究

The Chemical Constituents study of the Volatile Oils from Lindera reflexa Hemsl's Roots Stems and Leaves

目的:研究山橿根、茎、叶挥发油的化学成分。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)进行定性分析,按峰面积归一化法,求出山橿各部位挥发油中化学成分的百分含量。结果:鉴定出99个化合物。山橿根挥发油中主要成分为桉树脑和樟脑,茎挥发油中主要成分为(E)-乙酸香叶酯及桉树脑,而叶挥发油主要成分为桉树脑、α-萜品醇和(E)-橙花叔醇。结论:山橿根、茎、叶挥发油含有丰富的药用活性成分。

Objective：To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oils from Lindera reflexa Hemsl＇s roots、stems and leaves.Methods： The volatile oils of Lindera reflexa Hemsl was extracted by steam-stilling and was identified by GC-MS.Calculated the percentage composition of the volatile oils according to Peak area normalization method.Results： 99 compounds were identified.The major constituents of the volatile oils from roots were eucalyptol and camphor.The major constituents of the volatile oils from stems were（E）-geranyl acetate and eucalyptol.And eucalyptol、α-terpineol and（E）-nerolidol were the major constituents of the volatile oils from leaves.Conclusion： the volatile oils from Lindera reflexa Hemsl＇s roots、stems and leaves Contained abundant medicinal active ingredients.
