山橿根、茎、叶挥发油化学成分的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究山橿根、茎、叶挥发油的化学成分。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)进行定性分析,按峰面积归一化法,求出山橿各部位挥发油中化学成分的百分含量。结果:鉴定出99个化合物。山橿根挥发油中主要成分为桉树脑和樟脑,茎挥发油中主要成分为(E)-乙酸香叶酯及桉树脑,而叶挥发油主要成分为桉树脑、α-萜品醇和(E)-橙花叔醇。结论:山橿根、茎、叶挥发油含有丰富的药用活性成分。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oils from Lindera reflexa Hemsl's roots、stems and leaves.Methods: The volatile oils of Lindera reflexa Hemsl was extracted by steam-stilling and was identified by GC-MS.Calculated the percentage composition of the volatile oils according to Peak area normalization method.Results: 99 compounds were identified.The major constituents of the volatile oils from roots were eucalyptol and camphor.The major constituents of the volatile oils from stems were(E)-geranyl acetate and eucalyptol.And eucalyptol、α-terpineol and(E)-nerolidol were the major constituents of the volatile oils from leaves.Conclusion: the volatile oils from Lindera reflexa Hemsl's roots、stems and leaves Contained abundant medicinal active ingredients.
