中西医结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕临床研究

Clinical Observation of Integrative Medical Therapy for Vertebro-basilar Insufficiency

目的:观察中西医结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组。对照组60例,给予0.9%氯化钠注射液500mL,加曲克芦丁300mg,静脉滴注,每日1次;盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊5mg,睡前口服,每日1次。治疗组60例,在对照组基础上加服清痰祛眩汤合补阳还五汤。疗程20天。结果:治疗组痊愈30例、显效19例、有效8例、无效3例、总有效率95%;对照组痊愈21例、显效16例、有效12例、无效11例、总有效率81.67%。治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效显著,清痰祛眩汤与补阳还五汤合用是治疗本病的有效方药,值得进一步研究。

Objective：to explore the clinical effect of the treatment of Vertebro-basilar insufficiency with the combination of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Methods：120 patients with vertigo caused by VBI were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（60 cases） were treated with 500ml of 0.9%NaCI with 300mg of Troxerutin（Intravenous drip）,once a day;5mg of oral Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules,once a day;the treament group（60 cases） were added to the Chinese medicine Qingtanquxuantang and Buyanghuanwutang for 20 days.Results：of the 60 patients in the treated group,30 patients were fully recovered,19 were evaluated as remarkably effective;8 as effective,3 as ineffective,and the total effective rate was 95%;while in the control group,21 patients were fully recovered,16 were evaluated as remarkably effective,12 as effective,11 as ineffective,and the total effective rate was 81.67%.The clinical effect in the treated group is much better than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of Traditional Chinese and Western medicines for treating Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency can produce remarkable effect.And the combination of Qingtanquxuantang and Buyanghuanwutang proves to be a good recipe for VBI,deserving further studies.
