消化道肿瘤患者中医体质辨识调养的临床观察

Clinical observation on identification of TCM constitution about gastrointestinal cancer

目的:探讨消化道肿瘤患者中医体质辨识调养的临床疗效。方法:选择15例消化道肿瘤根治术后病例,予以中医辨体、辨证治疗和调养,治疗前后均进行相关血液检查(血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、IgA、IgG、IgM)、中医证候评分和体重测量。结果:①治疗后6月患者中医证候疗效较好,症状总改善率为80%。②治疗6月后患者血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、IgA、IgG、IgM水平有明显提高(P<0.05),但治疗后1月、3月与治疗前对比没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。③治疗前和治疗后1月、3月、6月的体重对比无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论:中医辨体辨证治疗一定时间后,消化道肿瘤患者的临床症状、体液免疫均有明显改善,说明中医体质辨识调养对其具有良好的临床疗效。

AIM：To study the clinical efficacy of intervention in based on TCM constitution about gastrointestinal cancer.Methods：15 patients with gastrointestinal cancer after radical operation,gave the identification of TCM constitution,TCM differential treatment and intervention.Both before and after treatment were carried out blood tests（Serum albumin,hemoglobin,IgA,IgG,IgM）,TCM syndrome score and weight.Results： ①There was a good efficacy of TCM clinical syndromes after 6 months treatment,the total symptom improvement rate was 80%.②Patients treated for 6 months,the serum albumin,hemoglobin,IgA,IgG,IgM levels increased significantly（P0.05）.However,1 month,3 months were not statistically significant compared with before treatment（P0.05）.③Compared with before treatment,there were no significant changes in body weight after 1 month,3 months,6 months（P0.05）.Conclusion：After the identification of TCM constitution,TCM differential treatment and intervention,clinical symptoms and humoral immunity showed significant improvement.It is showed that intervention of gastrointestinal cancer in based on TCM constitution had good clinical efficacy.
