摘要 目的 观察自体骨钉内固定治疗关节软骨及软骨下骨折的疗效。方法 采用自体骨钉固定治疗关节软骨及软骨下骨折38 例,按骨折愈合、关节面平整程度、关节疼痛、活动范围、生活质量等指标积分评价疗效。结果 38 例随访6 ~34 个月,结果优28 例,良8 例,可1 例,差1 例,优良率为94-7 % 。结论 自体骨钉内固定是治疗关节软骨及软骨下骨折的良好方法。 Objective To observe the effects of fixation of self bony pins on fracture of articular cartilage and subcondral bone. Methods 38 cases of fracture of articular cartilage and subcondral bone were treated with fixation of self bony pins.The effect of treatment was evaluated according to the heal of fracture,the smooth degree of facies articularis,the pain of articulate,the degree of the motion of articulatio and the quality of living.Results The patients were followed up for 6~34 months.It was found that the effect of treatment in 28 cases were excellent, 8 cases good, 1 case acceptable and 1 case poor. The total excellent and good rate was 94 7%. Conclusion The method is a good one to treat fracture of articular cartilage and subcondral bone.
