内外减压血管束植入治疗小儿股骨头缺血性坏死

Treatment of Legg Calve Perthes disease in children by internal and external decompression and vascular bundle graft

目的 探讨小儿股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗方法。方法 从解剖学角度设计，采用内外减压血管束植入法治疗３７ 例患者。结果 随访３～１１ 年，优良率９４－６ ％ 。结论 内外减压血管束植入法治疗小儿股骨头缺血性坏死，能阻断其发病的中间环节，改善股骨头的包容，增加股骨头血供并有利于股骨头复原。

Objective To study the treatment method of Legg Calve Perthes diseases in children. Methods The new method of internal and external decompression and vascular bundle graft was designed based on anatomical structure for treatment of 37 cases of Legg Calve Perthes diseases. Results 37 cases were followed up for 3～11 years. The rate good and excellent was 94 6%. Conclusion The good and excellentrate graft can block pathologic process and improve the inclusion of femural head and increase blood circulation of femoral head, which is beneficial to its recovery.
