摘要
目的： 探讨ＴＧＦ－ β对人牙乳头间充质细胞碱性磷酸酶（ＡＬＰａｓｅ） 的影响。方法：采用酶动力学方法，测定不同浓度的ＴＧＦ－ β在不同时间内对体外培养的人牙乳头间充质细胞ＡＬＰａｓｅ 的影响。结果：５μｇ／Ｌ 组促进细胞内ＡＬＰａｓｅ 活性；５０μｇ／Ｌ组抑制细胞内ＡＬＰａｓｅ 活性；ＴＧＦ－ β不影响细胞外ＡＬＰａｓｅ 活性。结论：ＴＧＦ－ β可调节人牙乳头间充质细胞碱性磷酸酶活性，在牙乳头间充质细胞分化和矿化过程中可能具有重要意义。
Aim:To study the effects of TGF-β on alkaline phosphatase activity of cultured human dental papilla mesenchymal cells in vitro . Methods: The alkaline phosphatase activity level of human dental papilla mesenchymal cells was determined at different time when different doses of TGF-β were added into culture medium through an enzyme dynamical method. Results: The alkaline phosphatase activity was increased by TGF-β at 5μg/L, but decreased at 50μg/L. TGF-β had no effects on ALPase secretion. Conclusions: TGF-β can adjust alkaline phosphatase activity level of human dental papilla mesenchymal cells, suggesting it may play important roles in odontoblast differentiation and calcification.
