Expression of c-fos mRNA in medulla oblongata induced by YDM-1 electronic dental anesthesic apparatus

目的： 探讨面部ＴＥＮＳ后，延髓下段ｃ－ｆｏｓ ｍＲＮＡ 的表达。方法：利用斑点杂交分析方法，观察正常以及面部ＴＥＮＳ后０ ．５、１ 、２ 、４ｈ 大鼠延髓下段ｃ－ｆｏｓ ｍＲＮＡ 表达的变化。结果：ＴＥＮＳ后０．５ｈ 出现ｃ－ｆｏｓ ｍ ＲＮＡ的表达，２ｈ 最高，４ｈ 开始降低。结论：需进一步探讨Ｆｏｓ 蛋白在一次性ＴＥＮＳ早期镇痛活动中的作用。

Aim: To investigate whether or not Fos participate in the analgesic effect on the early stage of once TENS. Method: The expression of c-fos mRNA was observed by means of the RT-PCR at 0.5, 1, 2, and 4h after the facial TENS to rat. Result: The clear expression took place at 0.5h and continued to 4h, then the expression reduced. Conclusion: It was need to further observe the effect of c-fos mRNA in the early analgesia of once TENS.
