在CCD相机的研制工作中,需要将多个CCD安置于CCD相机的焦面位置处,并使各CCD像元之间相对于相机焦面的共焦偏差满足相机设计要求。为了达到这一目的,需要对多个CCD进行焦面测量。文章对各种误差因素在测量过程中的影响进行了分析。

In the development of CCD camera , more than two pieces of CCD should be put into the focal plane of the camera. The focus error would be less than the requirement of design. In order to get the target, we should measure the focus of CCD.This paper discusses and analyses the focus error in the measurement.
