摘要 Nanog是近年来在胚胎干细胞(ES细胞)内发现的一个重要转录因子,该因子对维持ES细胞的自我更新及全能性起着关键作用。本文简要综述了Nanog对细胞增殖的作用及其机制。 Nanog,a master transcription factor,was found in embryonic stem cells(ESCs) in recent years.Nanog is vitally important for self-renewal and pluripotency of ESCs.In the present paper,we summarized the effect of Nanog on cell proliferation and its mechanism.
