摘要
对钛合金圆管进行了内部爆炸加载实验,用高速分幅摄影记录下其动态变形、断裂过程,对回收破片在光学显微镜下进行了观察,探讨了钛合金圆管在动载荷作用下的变形、损伤和破坏机理.
Inner explosive tube tests were conducted to study the deformation and failure mechanism of TC 4 under high strain rates by high speed frame camera. The experiments show that the fracture of TC 4 shell is basically dominated by the shear fracture induced by the adiabatic shear bands, and the nucleating, growing and joining micro voids can usually be observed in the very thin bands.
