利用超临界CO_2萃取回收β-胡萝卜素结晶脚料中有效组分的研究

摘要 应用超临界CO_2萃取技术,从三孢布拉霉菌提取β-胡萝卜素后产生的结晶脚料中去除脂溶性杂质成分,以回收β-胡萝卜素。考察了萃取过程中温度(25℃~55℃)、压力(15MPa~45MPa)、时间(1.5h~4.5h)对β-胡萝卜素的回收得率及产品含量的影响。结果表明,在萃取温度35℃、压力15MPa、萃取时间3h条件下,结晶脚料经过萃取后,对萃余物再进行处理,可得到含量大于96%的β-胡萝卜素晶体。 The supercritical CO2 extraction technology in the process for recovering β-carotene and removing fat-soluble composition from the crystallization waste was applied, which was produced after the extraction of β-carotene from Blakeslea trispora. The effects of extraction temperature (25℃ --55 ℃ ), pressure (15 MPa-45 MPa), and time (1.5 h--4.5 h) on the yield of β-carotene recovery and the purity of the product were investigated. The results showed that after extracting the crystallization waste at 35 ℃, 15 MPa for 3 h, the contents of β-carotene crystal were more than 96 % by the retreatment to extraction residue.
