摘要
本文从分析转型社会所面临的"制度陷阱"的表现出发,探讨论述了"制度陷阱"形成与作用的机理,认为社会转型的"路径依赖"效应、"利益集团"的干扰与"政府转换选择偏好"是产生制度混乱的主要原因。文章从中国制度转换与社会变革的"强政府"主导性、制度转换的秩序性、渐进性与稳定性四个方面论证了中国跨越制度陷阱的路径选择。
Based on institutional trap which transiormanon society encoumers,this pa- per discusses the formation and functional mechanism of institutional trap. It considers that the chaotic system is mainly due to path dependence effect of social transition, the interfer- ence from interest groups and governmental conversion preferences. From the angles of dom- inant role of strong government in China＇s social transition and the orderly, gradualness and stability of institutional conversion, this paper confirms the path choice of the breakout of in- stitutional trap in China,
