摘要
分别设置“应激群×应激群”(应×应,对照) ,“应激群×抗应激系♀”(应×抗),“抗应激系×抗应激系”( 抗×抗),“皮特兰×抗应激系♀”( 皮×抗) 四个杂交组合,在相同的营养水平和饲养管理条件下,对各组合的繁殖性能,肥育性能,胴体品质和肌肉品质进行系统测定和统计分析。结果表明:“皮特兰×抗应激系♀”肥育期日增重646g,达90kg 体重日龄169 天,饲料利用率3-37,90kg 屠宰,平均背膘厚2-05cm ,眼肌面积41-53cm2 ,胴体瘦肉率68-67 % ,且肉质较好;繁殖性能的各项指标与另外三个组合差异不显著。因此,可以认为“皮特兰×抗应激系♀”是合理利用氟烷敏感基因(HaLn)和杂种优势,高效优质地生产商品瘦肉猪的适宜配套杂交组合。
The studying on the crossing utilization of Anti stress Line was carried out by using Anti stress Line as female parent and Stress herd,Antl-stress Line Pietrain as male parents in order toconparing crossing was used between Stress nares ABased on systematic testing and analysis of reproduction performance,Fattening performance,carcass quality and meat quality,the results showed that average daily gain,age to 90kg live weight,feed conversion,average backfat thickness,loin eye area,lean meat percentage of Pitrain(♂)×Anti stress(♀)were 646g,169 days,3.37,2.05cm,41.53cm 2,68.67%.The meat quality is good.The reproductive performance of four crossing combinations has not outstanding difference.So we can see Pietrain(♂)×Anti stress(♀)is an ideal crossing combination and a better way to use Halothane gene and hybrid vigoy.
