天津市城乡基本医疗卫生服务需求分析

Analyzing the demand of basic health service in rural and urban Tianjin

目的:分析天津市城乡基本医疗卫生服务需求与利用的情况。方法:利用excel2007建立数据库,并用SPSS16.0的描述性统计分析方法对数据进行分析。结果:天津市居民2008年两周患病率为299.15‰,住院率为43.17‰,分别比1998年增加了231.51‰、19.54‰;基层医疗机构中平均执业医师拥有量仅为11.5人,占全部卫生人员的32%。结论:要加强适宜技术推广应用长效机制建设,加大基层卫生人才的培养力度。

Objective To analyze the status of demand and utilization of basic health service in rural and urban Tianjin.Methods Database was established by software of excel 2007,and descriptively analyzed by statistic software of SPSS16.0.Results The prevalence rate within two weeks was 299.15‰,and admission rate of Tianjin residents was 43.17‰ in 2008,which respectively increased by 231.51‰ and 19.54‰ than those in 1998.The average amount of medical practitioners was 11.5 in primary health care institutions,which accounted for 32% of all health professionals.Conclusion The construction of long-term mechanism to popularize feasible medical technology should be intensified.And cultivation of grass-roots health professionals should be improved.
